摘要
以某新建PC构件项目3号综合楼装配式零能耗示范项目为例,从建筑设计角度,围绕全装配式预应力组合结构体系、非透明外围护结构、气密性、门窗和遮阳、热回收新风系统、可再生能源系统等多维度,提出适宜性的关键技术措施,并选用DeST模拟软件分别建立该示范工程模型与基于GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》的基准模型,通过计算进行模拟验证,探索夏热冬冷气候区零能耗建筑技术路线。
Taking the assembled zero-energy consumption demonstration project of new PC component project, No.3 complex building, as an example, this paper explores the technical route of zero-energy consumption buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter areas, focusing on key technical measures of suitability from multiple dimensions, such as the assembled structural pre-stressing system, peripheral protective structure, air tightness, heat-recovery fresh-air system, doors, windows and sunshade system, renewable energy system, etc. from the perspective of construction design. The simulative software, DeST, was chosen to establish both models of this demonstration project and the baseline model based on Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings, respectively. The technical route of zero-energy consumption buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter areas were also explored by conducting simulation and verification through calculation.
