建筑企业绿色化评价指标体系构建研究

Research on Construction of Green Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises

当前难以界定建筑行业绿色企业,导致政府相关政策无法精准聚焦扶持绿色建筑企业。通过调研国内外典型建筑绿色企业和文献,并请教行业内专家,确定10个二级指标和35个三级指标。同时对建筑行业,包括总承包、施工、设计和科研等单位的相关专家展开问卷调研,经过整理分析270份问卷,获得各指标点的权重系数,进而构建建筑业绿色企业评价指标体系,并对当前建筑绿色企业存在的问题提出对应措施和建议。研究成果可为政府精准施策提供依据,促进企业持续改进绿色行为,履行环境保护义务和社会责任,助力建筑业高质量绿色发展。

Currently, it is difficult to define environmentally-friendly enterprises in the construction industry, resulting in relevant government supporting policies’ failure to accurately focus on and give help to those environmentally-friendly construction enterprises. Through the investigation of literature and typical environmentally-friendly building enterprises both at home and abroad, and consulting experts in the industry, 10 secondary indices and 35 tertiary indicators were determined. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted on relevant experts, including general contracting, construction, design and scientific research. After sorting and analysis of these 270 questionnaires collected, the weight coefficients of each index point were obtained. Then, a set of evaluation index system of environmentally-friendly enterprises in construction industry was constructed. Corresponding measures and suggestions were put forward for the problems existing in current building environmentally-friendly enterprises. The research results can provide a starting point and basis for the government’s accurate policy implementation, promote enterprises’ continuous improvement of their environmentally-friendly behaviors, consciously fulfill their environmental protection obligations and social responsibilities, and provide help for the high-quality environmentally-friendly development of the construction industry.
