摘要
昭君黄河特大桥为多跨波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥,工程量大、工期紧,为解决采用传统挂篮悬浇工法效率较低、工期较长、经济成本较高等问题,通过与传统挂篮悬浇工法进行综合对比分析,提出同步异位新型挂篮悬浇工法。通过有限元分析验证新型挂篮结构设计的合理性;新型挂篮通过增加同步作业面加快施工效率,增设波形钢腹板吊运系统实现波形钢腹板多方位吊装功能,对于超大跨径波形钢腹板桥施工更具优越性。经过预压静载试验及工程应用,证明同步异位新型挂篮结构的可靠性,达到预期效果。
Zhaojun Yellow River Bridge, a multi-span PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, is characterized by large engineering quantity and tight construction period. To solve the problems of low efficiency, long construction period and high economic cost, etc. of the traditional hanging basket cantilever casting method, a novel synchronous ectopic hanging basket cantilever casting method is proposed by comparing and analyzing the traditional hanging basket cantilever casting method. The rationality of the new hanging basket structure design was verified by finite element analysis. With the new hanging basket, the construction efficiency can be sped up by increasing the synchronous working surface and the multi-directional lifting function can be realized by adding the lifting system of corrugated steel webs, which is more advantageous for the construction of super-long-span corrugated steel web bridges. The reliability of the new synchronous ectopic hanging basket structure has been proved through pre-compression static load test and engineering application, achieving the expected effect.
