摘要
目前城市水环境治理主要采用“黑臭在河里,根源在岸上,关键在排口”的治理思路,通过源头截污与排口治理,解决城市与河道污染问题。通过现有治理技术,雨天污水溢流的面源污染问题以及城市扩容及其他特殊情况造成的污染问题未能得到有效解决。采用CIM技术,展示城市整体信息状况,能够有效模拟展现各种状况并找出原因。通过分析BIM模型、三维斜测模型、GIS三维天地图、城市地表径流模型等技术的优势以及运用情况,并结合CIM技术,探讨一种新型污水治理解决方案,以满足各种情况造成的水污染治理。
Currently, the idea mainly adopted in the treatment of urban water environment problems, is that “although the black odor water is found in the river, the root is on the banks, and the key is at the sewage outlet”. The problem of urban and river pollution is solved through source interception and outlet treatment. The non-point source pollution caused by sewage overflow in rainy days and the pollution caused by urban expansion and other special circumstances have not been effectively solved by depending on the existing common treatment technology. Using CIM technology, the overall information of a city can be shown, the situation under various circumstances can be effectively simulated and shown, and the causes of the influences can also be found out. In this paper, a novel sewage treatment technology is discussed to address water pollution caused by various circumstances by combining with CIM technology and analyzing the advantages and application of BIM model, oblique 3 D model, GIS 3 D sky map, urban surface runoff model and other technologies.
