摘要
某市新建水厂取水头部工程包含两座超深沉井,最小间距仅为15.2m,下沉深度达41.2m,周围环境复杂且地层条件不利。超深双沉井同步下沉具有相当的技术难度。利用针对本工程研发的超深沉井破土压沉系统进行取土和辅助压沉,并在水上设置操作平台,同时配合必要的稳定性措施和纠偏措施,确保了沉井顺利下沉。对超深双沉井的设计与施工关键技术措施进行了总结。
The water-intaking head project of a new water plant in a city consists of two ultra deep caissons, with a minimum spacing of only 15.2 m and a sinking depth of 41.2 m. The surrounding environment is complex and the formation conditions are unfavorable. The synchronous sinking of ultra deep double caissons is quite difficult. The ultra deep sinking well earth breaking and pressure sinking system developed for the project is used for soil borrowing and auxiliary pressure sinking, and an operation platform is set on the water. At the same time, necessary stability measures and deviation correction measures are taken to ensure the smooth sinking of the open caisson. This paper summarizes and refines the design, construction and key technical measures of ultra deep double caisson.
