1100t架桥机安全监管新模式研究

摘要 目前大吨位整孔箱梁主要应用于高速铁路桥梁工程,公路桥梁工程大型整孔箱梁应用较少,在预制梁安装过程中安全事故时有发生。宁波疏港高速公路1标春晓高架主线桥为整孔预制箱梁结构,单孔箱梁最大重1 050t,为有效控制预制梁安装事故风险,加强架梁设备安全监管,在春晓高架主线桥整孔预制箱梁安装过程中采用监控系统、智慧工地系统等,通过探索人机交互体验、可视化安全风险交底、隐患信息排查治理,有效提升箱梁架设过程中的安全风险管控。研究表明,安全隐患出现频率减少,安全管理成效明显提升。 At present, large tonnage full hole box girder is mainly used in high-speed railway bridge engineering, and large full hole box girder is less used in highway bridge engineering. Safety accidents often occur in the installation of precast beam. Chunxiao Viaduct of Lot 1 of Ningbo Shugang Expressway is a whole hole precast box girder structure with a maximum weight of 1 050 t. In order to effectively control the accident risk of precast girder installation and strengthen the safety supervision of girder erection equipment, monitoring system, smart site system and other measures are adopted during the installation of whole hole precast box girder of Chunxiao Viaduct, through exploring human-computer interaction experience, visual safety risk disclosure and troubleshooting and treatment of hidden danger information, the safety risk control is effectively improved during the erection of box girder. Research shows that the frequency of potential safety hazards is reduced and the effectiveness of safety management is significantly improved.
