闹市区内外双重约束场地条件下深基坑设计 被引量:1

摘要 以武汉老旧闹市城区的某高层商业建筑群为实例,利用多层次灰色分析法对基坑支护体系方案进行了优选。通过考虑基坑全施工过程、保护重要历史建筑、设置栈桥、局部调整支护方式等方法优化了基坑支护体系。对不同阶段的场地进行科学合理的平面布置,提出合理的塔式起重机选型方案,提高了场地利用率和施工效率。采取合理的土方开挖方式成功克服了场地内外双重约束下基坑土方开挖的诸多难题,并采用有效的拆撑方法,最大限度地减少了对周边环境的不良影响,确保了基坑安全。 Taking some high-rise commercial buildings in the old downtown area of Wuhan as an example, the multi-level grey analysis method is used to optimize the support system of foundation excavation.By considering the whole construction process of excavation, protecting important historical buildings, setting trestle, adjusting local support mode and other methods, the excavation support system is optimized.By scientific and reasonable plane layout of sites at different stages, this paper puts forward a reasonable selection scheme of tower crane, which improves the site utilization and construction efficiency.The reasonable earthwork excavation method successfully overcomes many problems of earthwork excavation under the double constraints inside and outside the site, and the effective demolition and support method minimizes the adverse impact on the surrounding environment and ensures the safety of the foundation excavation.
