摘要
目的探讨程序式功能训练联合微波治疗仪用于乳腺癌患者术后康复的效果。方法抽取驻马店市中心医院2018年8月至2020年8月收治的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。所有患者均行改良根治术治疗,对照组术后行常规训练,观察组术后行程序式功能训练联合微波治疗仪干预,两组均干预1个月。比较两组干预前、干预1个月后疼痛程度(VAS)、上肢功能(DASH)及上肢淋巴流量,记录两组干预期间并发症发生率。结果干预1个月后,两组VAS、DASH评分低于干预前,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,两组上肢淋巴流量较干预前增多,观察组上肢淋巴流量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论程序式功能训练联合微波治疗仪用于乳腺癌患者术后康复中可减轻疼痛程度,改善上肢功能,增加上肢淋巴流量。
Objective To investigate the application of programmed functional training combined with microwave therapy apparatus in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer.Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated by modified radical mastectomy,the control group received routine training after operation,and the observation group received programmed functional training combined with microwave therapy after operation.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.The pain degree assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS),upper limb function assessed by disability of arm shoulder and hand(DASH),and upper limb lymph flow were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after intervention.The incidences of complications during intervention of the two groups were recorded.Results After 1 month of intervention,the VAS and DASH scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the lymphatic flow of the upper limbs of both groups were higher than that before intervention,and the lymphatic flow of the observation group was more than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Programmed functional training combined with microwave therapy can reduce pain,improve upper limb function and increase upper limb lymph flow in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer.
