孟鲁司特钠联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effects of montelukast sodium combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的效果。方法抽取2018年6月至2021年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的128例重症MPP患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(64例)与观察组(64例),均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组使用孟鲁司特钠联合甲泼尼龙治疗,均治疗14 d。治疗14 d时,比较两组治疗效果,治疗前、治疗14 d时的炎症因子包括白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP);同时比较患儿治疗期间出现的药物不良反应。结果治疗14 d时,与对照组比较,观察组临床总有效率较高,总体治疗效果较优(P<0.05);治疗14 d时,与治疗前比较,对照组与观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均降低,且观察组更低(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MPP患儿应用孟鲁司特钠联合甲泼尼龙方案治疗,在提高临床疗效上具有一定作用,可降低患儿炎症因子,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 128 children with severe MPP treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(64 cases)and observation group(64 cases)by random number table method.On this basis,the control group was treated with methylprednisolone,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with methylprednisolone,both groups were treated for 14 days.After 14 days of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared;the inflammatory factors including interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and 14 days after treatment were compared between the two groups;at the same time,the adverse drug reactions during the treatment of children were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,the overall treatment effect was better(P<0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the serum IL-6 and TNF-α,CRP levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of montelukast sodium combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with MPP can improve the clinical efficacy in certain degree,and reduce inflammatory factors in children,without increasing adverse reactions.
