谷维素联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征的效果分析

Clinical effect of oryzanol combined with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets on menopausal symptoms

目的分析谷维素联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)的临床效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2020年10月周口市第一人民医院收治的MPS患者246例,按随机数字表法分为谷维素组与激素疗法组,每组123例。激素疗法组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗,谷维素组在激素疗法组基础上给予谷维素治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、改良Kupperman更年期指数(KMI)评分、绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分、性激素水平、神经递质水平及不良反应发生率。结果谷维素组总有效率(88.62%,109/123)高于激素疗法组(77.24%,95/123),P<0.05。治疗后,谷维素组改良KMI评分、MENQOL评分均低于激素疗法组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,谷维素组雌二醇、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺水平高于激素疗法组,黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素水平低于激素疗法组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论谷维素联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗MPS,可提高患者性激素和神经递质水平,改善临床症状和生活质量,安全性好,临床整体治疗效果较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of oryzanol combined with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of menopausal symptoms(MPS).Methods A total of 246 patients with MPS treated in the First People’s Hospital of Zhoukou from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and they were divided into oryzanol group and hormone therapy group according to random number table method,with 123 cases in each group.The hormone therapy group received complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets,and the oryzanol group received oryzanol based on the treatment of the hormone therapy group.The efficacy,modified Kupperman menopausal index(KMI)score,menopausal-specific quality of life(MENQOL)score,sex hormone levels,neurotransmitter levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of oryzanol group(88.62%,109/123)was higher than that of hormone therapy group(77.24%,95/123),P<0.05.After treatment,the modified KMI score and MENQOL score in oryzanol group were lower than those in hormone therapy group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,norepinephrine,dopamine and serotonin in oryzanol group were higher than those in hormone therapy group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower than those in hormone therapy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Oryzanol combined with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets can improve the levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitters,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of MPS patients.And it is safe,and has good overall clinical treatment effects.
