摘要
文章分别研究聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量、羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)含量、辐射剂量对水凝胶敷料性能的影响。以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)为主要原料,加入适量的甘油调节混合液的粘度,真空脱泡后,采用电子束辐照交联技术制备具有优良物理、化学、生物性能的水凝胶敷料。结果表明,当辐射剂量相同时,随着PVA含量的增加,凝胶分数会增大;随着羧甲基壳聚糖的增加,凝胶分数会减少,而抑菌性能会提升;当羧甲基壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇溶液、聚氧化乙烯溶液质量比为1∶8∶4时,凝胶分数达到最大。随着辐射剂量的增加,水凝胶的断裂伸长率先增大后降低,拉伸强度先降低后增大。
The effects of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)content,carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)content and radiation dose on the properties of hydrogel dressings were studied.Hydrogel dressings with excellent physical,chemical and biological properties were prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)and carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)as main raw materials and adding appropriate amount of glycerol to adjust the viscosity of the mixture.After vacuum defoaming,hydrogel dressings with excellent physical,chemical and biological properties were prepared by electron beam irradiation cross-linking technology.The results showed that when the radiation dose was the same,the gel fraction increased with the increase of PVA content;with the increase of carboxymethyl chitosan,the gel fraction decreased,while the antibacterial activity increased;when the mass ratio of carboxymethyl chitosan,polyvinyl alcohol solution and poly(ethylene oxide)solution was 1:8:4,the gel fraction reached the maximum.With the increase of radiation dose,the elongation at break of the hydrogel increased at first and then decreased,and the tensile strength decreased at first and then increased.
