一种装配式预制墙板安装定位工具设计与研究

文章针对传统的装配式预制墙板吊装技术进行研究,通过对其吊装过程中定位方式存在的局限性进行深入分析,提出一种装配式预制墙板安装定位工具。该工具削弱人工操作过程中的风险性,提高预制墙板的吊装落位效率以及安装质量。通过详细介绍该工具的构造特点及操作方法,阐述该工具在预制墙板安装过程中的使用效果,比较其与传统安装定位方式的优势,证明该工具的可行性。

In this paper,the traditional prefabricated wallboard hoisting technology is studied,and through the in-depth analysis of the limitations of the positioning method in the hoisting process,a prefabricated wallboard installation and positioning tool is proposed.The tool weakens the risk of manual operation and improves the hoisting efficiency and installation quality of prefabricated wallboard.Through the detailed introduction of the construction characteristics and operation methods of the tool,this paper expounds the application effect of the tool in the installation process of prefabricated wallboard,compares its advantages with the traditional installation and positioning method,and proves the feasibility of the tool.
