摘要
连锁系统是铁路信号系统的重要组成部分,在信息技术的推动下,连锁系统逐渐实现从继电器连锁向分布式计算机连锁的方向发展。道岔控制模块作为分布式计算机连锁系统的核心模块,能保证控制动作的精准性、模块运行的安全性,对行车安全有积极帮助。文章首先介绍道岔控制模块安全性分析方法和安全完整性等级概念,随后分别从道岔控制主回路设计、微控制器选型及其电路设计,以及设备初始化模块、同步信息处理模块等方面,简要概述道岔控制模块的软硬件设计内容。最后开展安全性分析,结果表明该模块动作电路安全性指标符合安全要求。
Interlocking system is an important component of railway signal system.Driven by information technology,interlocking system has gradually realized the development from relay interlocking to distributed computer interlocking.As the core module of the distributed computer interlocking system,the turnout control module can ensure the accuracy of the control action and the safety of the module operation,and is of positive help to the driving safety.This paper first introduces the safety analysis method of turnout control module and the concept of safety integrity grade,and then from the aspects of turnout control main loop design,microcontroller selection and circuit design,as well as equipment initialization module,synchronous information processing module and so on.This paper briefly summarizes the software and hardware design of the turnout control module.Finally,the safety analysis is carried out,and the results show that the safety index of the operation circuit of the module meets the safety requirements.
