房屋地下工程渗漏水的预防和维修方法应用研究

随着我国城市建设的发展,土地日益稀缺,大量房屋的地下工程应运而生。房屋地下工程的渗漏水问题也显得愈发重要。文章结合工程实践,通过研究工程细节,改进防水做法,以找到减少渗漏水的方法,同时对出现渗漏水问题后如何处理也进行论述。主要研究如何做好混凝土自防水、如何做好涂料及卷材防水、如何处理渗漏水3个问题,总结一套解决方案。

With the development of urban construction in China,the land is increasingly scarce,and a large number of underground projects of houses have emerged.The problem of water leakage in the underground engineering of houses is also becoming more and more important.Combined with engineering practice,this paper studies the details of the project and improves the waterproofing method to find a way to reduce the leakage of water.At the same time,it also discusses how to deal with the leakage of water.It mainly studies how to do concrete self-waterproofing,how to do coating and coil waterproofing,and how to deal with water leakage,and summarizes a set of solutions.
