北斗卫星导航系统在电力行业中的应用研究

北斗系统由于其广覆盖、高精度定位和高安全性的优势,在电力系统中得到广泛应用。结合电网实际业务需求积极探索北斗系统在能源时空管理及信息安全、全球能源互联网建设和电网运行中各领域的创新应用,国家电网在规划、基建、运检、营销和调度等业务领域不断挖掘探索北斗与电力业务融合。分析北斗在电力系统中基建领域、运检领域和调度领域的应用,通过电力行业北斗时空服务体系的建设,推进北斗系统与电力业务的深度融合,基本形成北斗电力行业产业发展格局,树立北斗系统在电力行业应用的典范。

Beidou system has been widely used in power system because of its advantages of wide coverage,high precision positioning and high security.Based on the actual business needs of power grid,this paper actively explores the innovative application of Beidou system in various fields of energy space-time management and information security,global energy Internet construction and power grid operation.State Grid continues to explore the integration of Beidou and power business in planning,infrastructure,operation and inspection,marketing,dispatching and other business areas.This paper analyzes the application of Beidou in the fields of capital construction,transportation inspection and dispatching in the power system,and promotes the deep integration of the Beidou system and the power business through the construction of the space-time service system of the power industry,which basically forms the industrial development pattern of the Beidou electric power industry and sets up an example of the application of the Beidou system in the electric power industry.
