摘要 为适应现代农业发展对残膜残茬回收的要求、减少田间残膜残茬阻碍出苗、防治白色污染,设计了1CMJF-110残膜残茬分离回收机具。该机具以大功率拖拉机为动力,采用拖曳式工作模式,通过后轮行走动力输出系统,可实现后轮转速与滚筒拾膜器的拾取转速同步,能连续完残膜残茬捡拾、残膜残茬分离输送、茬土分离、残膜残茬分离回收等工序,残膜残茬分离回收机具拖曳所需拖拉机牵引力约为16.239 kN。 In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development for the recovery of residual film and stubble,reduce field residual film and stubble that hindes seedling emergence,and prevent white pollution,the 1CMJF-110 residual film and stubble separation and recovery machine was designed.The machine is powered by a high-power tractor and adopts a drag-type working mode.Through the rear wheel walking power output system,the rear wheel speed can be synchronized with the pickup speed of the drum film picker.The residual film and stubble pickup,stubble separation and transportation,stubble soil separation,residual film and residual stubble separation and recovery process can be continuously fulfilled.Towing the residual film and stubble separation and recovery machine required tractor traction is about 16.239 kN.
