《素问·至真要大论》六气胜复用药特点探析

Analysis of the medication characteristics of six climatic factors over-restriction and counter-restriction in Suwen · Zhizhenyao Dalun

六气胜复是指风、热、火、燥、湿、寒六气的偏胜和六气偏胜之时其所不胜之气来复。六气胜复的理论主要记载于《素问·至真要大论》等篇章中。文章通过对《素问·至真要大论》中“六气胜复”用药的相关原文进行分析,可知以运气理论为指导的用药原则重视各年司天、在泉的五行属性及其生克规律,六气之间的五行胜复规律以及各年邪气反胜的情况。这种用药特点对临床上结合六气变化分析脏腑病变特点及选用相应的治疗方药具有重要指导意义。

The six climatic factors over-restriction and counter-restriction refered to the victory of wind, heat, fire,dryness, dampness, and cold, and the return of the invincible qi when the six-qi was victorious. The theory of six climatic factors over-restriction and counter-restriction was mainly recorded in Suwen·Zhizhenyao Dalun and other chapters. The article analyzed these relevant original texts to know that the medication principle guided by the theory of luck pay attached important to the five elements attributes of the Si Tian and Zai Quan in each year and the law of generate and restrict;the law of the five elements overrestriction and counter-restriction between six-qi, and the situation of the evil qi’s victory in each year. The characteristics of this medication had important guiding significance for the clinical analysis of zang-fu disease characteristics and the selection of corresponding treatment prescriptions in combination with the changes of six-qi.
