谭新华治疗勃起功能障碍临床药对浅析

男性勃起功能障碍是困扰男性的常见疾病,严重影响其身心健康及家庭幸福。药对是中药方剂配伍运用过程中最基本的形式,具有紧扣病机、药简效专的特点。谭新华教授在治疗勃起功能障碍时常以五脏为基础,结合勃起功能障碍的发病机制,并结合众多医家的用药精华和自身多年临床经验体会,运用淫羊藿-巴戟天、合欢皮-香附、炙黄芪-党参、熟地黄-酒萸肉、蜈蚣-水蛭等药对治疗勃起功能障碍,疗效显著。文章对谭新华教授在临床诊治勃起功能障碍的常用药对进行简要分析整理,以期能为临床医者提供一定参考。

It can closely follow the pathogenesis and the characteristics of simple and effective medicine.Professor TAN Xin-hua often uses the five internal organs as the basis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED), combines the pathogenesis of ED, and combines the medications of many physicians essence and own years of clinical experience. The use of Epimedii-Radix Morindae Officinalis, Cortex Albiziae-Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Astragali Praeparata Cum Melle-Radix Codonopsis, radix Rehmanniae Praeparata-wine fructus corni, Scolopendra-Hirudo and other medicines have significant effects in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. This article briefly analyzes and sorts out the commonly used drugs used by professor TAN Xin-hua in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction, hoping to provide some reference for clinicians.
