摘要
房敏教授是丁氏推拿第五代传人,从事推拿临床与科研多年,在腰椎间盘突出症推拿防治上积累了丰富经验,其“筋骨失衡,以筋为先”治疗理念,在全国范围内广泛传播应用,影响深远,文章简要总结房敏教授在此思想指导下推拿防治腰椎间盘突出症的临证经验。“重理筋,微调骨”是其“以筋为先”的具体体现;“重点突破,循经理线”是丁氏推拿“点为主,点线结合”的实际应用;功法为基,手法为辅,强调功法锻炼强筋健骨的重要作用;“不拘一格,灵活变通”则是临床病情复杂多变之需要。
Professor FANG Min, the fifth generation descendant of DINGs’ Tuina, has been engaged in Tuina clinical and scientific research for many years, and has accumulated rich experience in the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation. His thoughts the imbalance of muscles and bones, treat muscles first has been widely used throughout the country and has a far-reaching influence. This paper briefly summarizes clinical experience of professor FANG Min in the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation under the guidance of this thought. Emphasizing the regulation of muscles and adjusting bones slightly is the concrete embodiment of treat muscles first. Attaching importance to key points and manipulate along meridians is the practical application of DINGs’ Tuina’s thoughts point-based, point-line combination. Taking Gongfa as the basis, and tuina as the supplement, emphasizes the important role of Gongfa in strengthening muscles and bones. Finally, not sticking to one style,flexible while doing manipulation is the requirement of the complexity and variability of clinical condition.
