消化性溃疡中医辨证存在的问题及解决策略

Problems and countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of peptic ulcer

通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》和中华中医药学会、中国中西医结合学会发布的辨证标准进行分析,及对学术界近10年来发表的辨证治疗消化性溃疡的文献进行梳理,发现权威文献之间、学术界之间、权威文献和学术界之间,对消化性溃疡中医辨证存在较大差异,处于严重失范状态。文章在揭示客观存在问题的基础上,重新提出了通过规范症状、证名、证症关系手段来规范辨证的思路与方法。

Base on analysis of academic literatures published in recent 10 years and authoritative literatures such as Guidelines for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs, authoritative literatures of syndrome differentiation standard published by China Association of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, this paper found the fundamental problems of syndrome differentiation standard of Peptic ulcer, and put forward new ideas and methods for standardization of syndrome differentiation, by standardizing symptoms, syndrome name, relationship between syndrome and symptoms.
