摘要
目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)肝郁脾虚证患者的脉图特征,以期为脉图辅助PCOS临床诊治提供客观依据。方法:利用Z-BOX型脉象仪采集PCOS肝郁脾虚证患者(40例)、月经后期肝郁脾虚证患者(30例)及月经正常但有肝郁脾虚症状的女性(30例)的脉图信息,选取主波幅最高、三峰起伏明显、升支陡峭无切迹的脉图,对3组患者的脉图参数进行分析。结果:与正常组比较,PCOS组脉图参数h;、h;、h;、h;、ad、as、h;/h;显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);与PCOS组比较,月经后期组脉图参数h;、t;、as、h;/h;显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:同一证型、不同疾病的脉图参数存在差异,可为PCOS的临床诊断、治疗及脉诊客观化研究提供依据。
Objective:To explore the pulse graph characteristics of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).To provide objective basis for pulse graph to assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:The Z-BOX type pulse meter was used to collect data from 40 PCOS patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,30 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome in the late menstrual period,and 30 women with normal menstruation but with symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.The pulses with the highest main amplitude,obvious three peaks and undulations,and steep ascending branches without notch were selected to analyze the pulse parameters of the three groups of patients.Results:Compared with the normal group,pulse graph parameters h1,h3,h4,h5,ad,as and h4/h1 of PCOS group were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with the PCOS group,the pulse parameters h4,t4,as and h4/h1 of delayed menstruation group were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The pulse parameters of the same syndrome type and different diseases are different,which can provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment of PCOS and the objectification of pulse diagnosis.
