城教融合视野下东京公立高校功能定位与实践探索--以东京都立大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 以城市为基础,以教育为支撑,构建城教融合发展生态,实现城市与教育互动互促,是一项富有战略意义的重要课题。日本的城市和高校历经百余年的互动发展,建立了日益密切的相互依存、共荣共生的关系,二者协同共进,努力探索可持续、高质量发展之路。其中,日本东京高等教育的分类发展模式,尤其是以东京都立大学为代表的公立高校在产学官融合方面的成功实践,对北京市推动高等教育分类发展,深入探索城教融合具有重要的参考价值。 It is an important topic of strategic significance to build an integrated development ecology of city and education based on the city and supported by education,and achieve the interaction and mutual promotion between city and education.After over 100 years of development,Japanese universities and cities have established an increasingly close relationship of interdependence,common prosperity and symbiosis,making concerted efforts to explore the path of sustainable and high-quality development.This study summarizes the development status of the local higher education system in Tokyo from the perspective of integration of city and education,selects the public universities represented by Tokyo Metropolitan University as the research object,and explores enlightenment from the successful practice and experience of its integration of city and education mode through the analysis of its functional positioning and industry-university-government cooperation.It provides reference for Beijing municipal universities to effectively promote the integrated development of the capital and education.
