摘要
现代学徒制、高校思政课与工匠精神,三者在实践中从现实目标的设定,到教育模式体制的调适运行,再到精神理念层面的升华,通过耦合机制的增力作用实现了人们在物质生产、技能创新中提升精神境界的发展要求。中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设的既定目标,需要高校思政课助力现代学徒制的教育模式,培育出更多具有工匠精神的制造业从业者,三者之间的协同共进是中国制造走向中国创造的关键。
Modern apprenticeship,ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and craftsman spirit have realized the development requirements of people to improve their spiritual realm in material production and skill innovation through the strengthening effect of coupling mechanism,from the setting of realistic goals,to the adjustment and operation of educational model and system,and then to the sublimation of spiritual concept.The established goal of building a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics requires ideological and political courses in colleges and universities to help the modern apprenticeship education model and cultivate more manufacturing practitioners with craftsmanship spirit.The synergy between the three is the key to the transformation from made in China to created in China.
