南方电网架空线路因山火跳闸故障统计分析 被引量:7

Statistics and Analysis on Tripping Fault of Overhead Transmission Lines Caused by Mountain Fires in China Southern Power Grids

摘要 针对输电线路因山火跳闸事故频发问题,统计了2015—2020年南方电网辖区内110 kV及以上电压等级交直流输电线路377次山火跳闸事故,对输电线路因山火跳闸故障的时空分布规律和影响因子进行分析。结果表明:山火跳闸事故主要集中在某些线路的特定区段内;事故时间主要集中在每年2—4月,事故发生时段主要集中在12:00—16:00;81.9%的事故发生在海拔500 m以下和1500 m以上的地区,72.2%的事故发生在坡度30°以下的区域;松树、桉木、杉木、灌木和茅草这5种类型植被属易引发山火跳闸事故的高风险植被;云贵地区和高海拔地区的重合闸成功概率低于其他地区。最后,基于统计结果提出输电线路山火防控的相关建议。 Aiming at the problem of frequent accidents of power transmission line tripping caused by mountain fires,this paper counts 377 mountain fire tripping accidents of AC and DC transmission lines with 110 kV and the above in the area of China southern power grids from 2015 to 2020,and analyzes the spatial temporal distribution rule and influence factors of transmission line trip faults due to mountain fires.The results show that tripping accidents caused by mountain fires are mainly concentrated in some specific sections of the lines,and mainly happen from February to April in a year and from 12 to 16 o clock in a day.81.9%of the accidents occur in the areas below 500 m and above 1500 m,and 72.2%occur in the areas with slopes below 30°.In addition,five vegetation types of pine,eucalyptus,fir,shrub and thatch are identified as high-risk vegetation types,which can easily cause mountain fire tripping accidents.The successful probabilities of automatic reclosing in Yunnan and Guizhou regions and high-altitude areas are lower than those in the other regions.Finally,according to the statistical conclusions,the paper proposes suggestions for transmission line fire prevention and control.
