摘要
瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(transient receptor potential vanilloid 1,TRPV1)是一种非选择性阳离子通道,广泛表达于感觉神经纤维和非神经元细胞中,TRPV1的激活参与了多种生理功能的调节。近年来大量研究揭示TRPV1激活可减弱缺血再灌注(ischemic/reperfusion,I/R)引起的心脏、脑、肾、肺、肠等器官的损伤,但目前尚无关于TRPV1的系统性报道。该文主要综述了近年来关于TRPV1及其信号级联在减轻各器官I/R损伤中作用的研究进展。
Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)is a non-selective cationic channel and is widely expressed in sensory nerve fibers and non-neuronal cells.The activation of TRPV1 is involved in the regulation of various physiological functions.In recent years,numerous studies have revealed that TRPV1 activation can attenuate the ischemic/reperfusion(I/R)injury in various organs including the heart,brain,kidney,lung and intestine,but there are no comprehensive reports on TRPV1.This article reviews study findings regarding involvement of TRPV1 and its signal cascade in alleviating organ I/R injury.
