摘要
抽水蓄能电站具有调峰、填谷、调频、调相和事故备用等多种作用,是一种重要的清洁能源。当前,我国的抽水蓄能电站仍然存在选址随意、没有科学的指导方案等问题。根据抽水蓄能电站选址的地形要求,在已有的研究地区流域矢量数据和DEM数据的基础上,提出了一种合理有效的面向库容、坝长及副坝个数的抽水蓄能电站选址方法。该方法通过Python编程语言实现了要素属性表的读取与编辑,利用arcpy站点包调用ArcGIS的空间分析工具建立了抽水蓄能电站初步选址算法,以推进解决抽水蓄能电站选址的规划及前期储备问题,为抽水蓄能电站的发展和建设提供科学参考和理论依据。
Pumped storage power plant is an important clean energy source with many functions,such as peak shaving,Valley filling,frequency regulation,phase modulation and emergency standby.At present,problems such as random site selection and lack of scientific guidance scheme still exist in China's pumped storage power plants.According to the topographic requirements for site selection of pumped storage power station,this paper presents a reasonable and effective method for site selection of pumped storage power station facing reservoir capacity,dam length and number of Secondary Dams on the basis of existing watershed vector data and DEM data in the research area.This method reads and edits attribute table of elements by Python programming language,uses arcpy station package to call spatial analysis tool of ArcGIS to establish preliminary site selection algorithm of pumped storage power station,so as to promote the planning and preliminary reserve of pumped storage power station,and provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for the development and construction of pumped storage power station.
