摘要
近年,随着铁路建设桥隧比在工程建设中比重加大,铁路建设速度逐步加快,为满足建设工期的要求,桥梁工程项目大量采用现场预制T梁、设备运输架设T梁方式建设桥梁。结合新建中老铁路磨丁至万象线32m、24m简支T梁的架设技术要求和复杂工况,介绍了单线铁路多台运梁车配合架桥机进行预制T梁架设的施工工艺流程和关键施工技术,系统地解决了长距离运梁与架梁的匹配性,保证了运架梁施工进度。
In recent years,the ratio of bridge to tunnel in railway construction has increased in engineering construction,and the speed of railway construction has been accelerated step by step.To meet the requirements of construction period,a large number of bridge projects adopt on-site prefabricated T-beams,equipment transportation and erection T-beams to build bridges.In combination with the erection technical requirements and complex conditions of 32m and 24m simply supported T-girders on the newly built China-Laos Railway Modin to Vientiane Line,this paper describes the construction process and key construction techniques for the erection of prefabricated T-girders on single-line railway with several beam carriers and bridge erectors.The matching between long-distance transporting beam and frame beam is systematically solved and the construction progress of transporting and frame beam is guaranteed.
