摘要
车马碧水库5号斜井施工支洞在开挖过程中与主洞K10+949.10掌子面发生涌水,涌水量960m3/h。针对5号施工支洞坡陡、洞长、高差大、抽(排)水困难的特点,选用10台WQ100-180-90型多级潜水泵和1台D280-43×5型多级离心泵进行抽(排)水。选用壁厚为4.5mm的DN125镀锌钢管和壁厚为6mm的DN200镀锌钢管作为提水管道,布设为2道11排。完成抽(排)336.6×10^(4)m^(3),提前工期2个月,确保了主隧洞正常施工。
Water inrush occurs between the construction branch tunnel of No.5 inclined shaft of Chemabi Reservoir and the face of main tunnel K10+949.10 during excavation,with a water inrush volume of 960m3/h.Aiming at the characteristics of steep slope,long tunnel,large height difference and difficult drainage of No.5 construction branch tunnel,ten WQ100-180-90 multi-stage submerged pumps and one D280-43×5 multi-stage centrifugal pump are selected for pumping and draining.DN125 galvanized steel pipe with wall thickness of 4.5mm and DN200 galvanized steel pipe with wall thickness of 6mm are selected as lifting pipes,which are arranged in 2 lanes and 11 rows.Finally,336.6×10^(4)m^(3) suction and drainage has been completed,with an advance period of 2 months,which ensures the normal construction of the main tunnel.
