摘要
结合在广东清远抽水蓄能电站、广东阳江抽水蓄能电站的机电安装施工经验,总结了大型双小车桥机负荷试验施工方法质量管理的环节。从负荷试验负载平台,到试验流程的优化,并提出了一种适合抽水蓄能电站地下厂房大型双小车桥机负荷试验施工方法。负荷试验流程结合紧密,减少了负荷的多次增减工作。对于试验的进度及安全性保障较好,降低了人力资源及设备的投入。经济效益较好。
Based on the experience of mechanical and electrical installation and construction in Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station and Yangjiang Pumped Storage Power Station of Guangdong Province,this paper summarizes the quality management link of construction method for load test of large double-car bridge crane.The optimization from load test load platform to test flow has been completed,and a construction method suitable for load test of large double trolley bridge crane in underground powerhouse of pumped storage power station has been put forward.The load test process is tightly integrated,reducing multiple load increments and decreases.It ensures the test progress and safety,and reduces the investment of human resources and equipment.
