金沙江某水电站10kV厂用电系统备自投设计优化 被引量:3

摘要 在建设期间设备调试时发现,某大型水电站厂用电10kV备用电源自动投入装置设计存在装置开入接线复杂、逻辑不符合实际运行要求、10kV备自投与400V备自投动作延时配合不当等问题。结合电站厂用电系统联络方式、实际运行操作需求以及备自投装置的功能实现可能性,对前期设计的备自投逻辑进行了优化。通过一系列相关试验和投运后实际运行情况证明,经过优化的备自投逻辑符合功能要求。 During equipment commissioning during construction,it is found that problems exist in the design of automatic switching-in device for 10kV backup power supply of a large hydropower station,such as complex switching-in wiring of device,inconsistent logic with actual operation requirements,improper coordination between 10kV backup automatic switching-in device and delay action of 400V backup automatic switchingin device.The logic of automatic backup switching in the preliminary design is optimized in combination with the contact mode of the plant power system,the actual operation requirements and the possibility of realizing the function of the automatic backup switching device.Through a series of relevant tests and actual operation after putting into operation,it is proved that the optimized automatic backup switching logic meets the functional requirements.
