电气预防性试验的目的是在设备投入之前或运行中了解掌握设备的绝缘情况,以便在故障发展的初期就能够准确及时地发现并处理。介绍了一起某水电厂机组检修期间发电机定子绕组电气预防性试验数据异常事件,分析得出发电机定子整体受潮的结论,进行了有效处理,并在此基础上提出了该类问题的防范措施。

The purpose of electrical preventive test is to know and master the insulation condition of equipment before or during operation so that the fault can be found and dealt with accurately and timely at the beginning of development.An abnormal data of electrical preventive test of generator stator winding during unit overhaul in a hydropower plant is introduced.Finally,the conclusion that the generator stator is wet as a whole is drawn,and effective treatment is carried out.On this basis,the preventive measures against such problems are put forward.
