摘要
发电机在运行过程中会产生定子绕组、涡流及高次谐波附加、铁损、轴承摩擦机械损耗等,这些损耗最终都会转化成热量,如不及时散发出去,会使发电机温度升高,不但会降低发电机的出力和效率,还会因局部过热破坏线圈的绝缘,影响使用寿命,甚至引起发电机事故。因此,对出于运行中的发电机,必须加以冷却,结合瑞丽江一级水电站发电机空气冷却器的性能与运行状况,对空气冷却器冷却功效进行研究,最终取得良好效果。
During the operation of generator,stator winding,eddy current and higher harmonic addition,iron loss,bearing friction mechanical loss,etc.will be produced.These losses eventually become heat,which,if not dissipated in time,can cause the generator to heat up.It will not only reduce the output and efficiency of the generator,but also destroy the insulation of the coil due to partial overheating,which will affect the service life and even cause generator accidents.Therefore,the generator in operation must be cooled.According to the performance and operation of generator air cooler of Ruilijiang I Hydropower Station,the cooling effect of air cooler is studied and good results are achieved.
