高寒高海拔地区水电工程建设质量管理工作思考

摘要 大型水电工程规模大、建设周期长、参建单位多、组织管理复杂,相比高寒高海拔地区大型水电工程受自然条件、气候特点、交通状况以及高原施工组织等因素影响,工程建设难度更大,影响工程质量好坏的“人、机、法、料、环”五大因素显得更加突出、敏感。因此建设各方应更加重视质量管理工作,结合高寒高海拔地区特点严格落实各项质量管控措施,确保工程质量满足设计及相关规范要求,努力创建优质精品工程。 Large-scale hydropower projects are characterized by large scale,long construction period,many participating units and complex organization and management.Due to the influence of natural conditions,climate characteristics,traffic conditions and plateau construction organization,large-scale hydropower projects in highcold and high-altitude areas are more difficult to construct.The five factors of"man,machine,method,material and ring"which affect the quality of the project are more outstanding and sensitive.Therefore,construction parties should pay more attention to quality control,strictly implement various quality control measures in combination with the characteristics of alpine and altitude area,ensure the project quality meets the requirements of design and relevant specifications,and strive to create excellent project.
