摘要
大型建筑装修工程是一项复杂而系统的工程,随着我国现代化建设的不断深入,建筑装饰装修工程项目管理也应与时俱进。以北京汉威国际二区H栋楼建筑装修工程建设项目管理实践为背景,基于项目所在地位于北京市区核心地段,不仅施工组织难度大,而且面临拆除改造工程量大、多专业共同施工、工期非常紧迫等自有特点,从风险管理、合同管理、材料管理、施工管理等方面进行了提炼,有效地解决了在大型建筑装修工程中常因功能定位不清、技术方案多变、材料管理混乱等项目管理问题。
Large-scale building decoration project is a complex and systematic project.With the continuous deepening of China's modernization construction,the project management of building decoration and decoration should also keep pace with the times.This paper takes the H building decoration project of Hanwei International Zone II in Beijing as the background.Located in the core section of Beijing,this project is not only difficult to organize,but also facing the characteristics of large quantity of demolition and transformation works,multispecialty joint construction and very urgent construction period.In this paper,risk management,contract management,material management,construction management and other aspects are refined,which effectively solves the problems of project management in large-scale building decoration projects,such as unclear function positioning,variable technical schemes,confused material management.
