摘要
介绍了云南省蒙开个地区河库连通工程KingSCADA调度监控系统,采用KingSCADA组态软件完成引水工程中输水管道安全监测子系统、梯级调水水量平衡子系统、GIS地理系统子系统(二维)、图像监控子系统、闸(阀)门控制子系统、调度语音子系统的调度一体化平台建设,叙述了调度监控系统中系统构成、网络拓扑结构、通信方式、底层数据采集、监视与控制、现地控制单元LCU的功能和配置,展示出案例实际效果,实现引水工程智慧水利建设的设计工作。
This paper describes KingSCADA dispatching and monitoring system for reservoir connection project in Meng-Kai-Ge area,Yunnan Province.It uses KingSCADA configuration software to complete the construction of Dispatching Integration Platform of water pipeline safety monitoring subsystem,cascade water diversion water balance subsystem,GIS geographic system subsystem(two-dimensional),image monitoring subsystem,gate(valve)control subsystem and dispatching voice subsystem in the diversion project.At the same time,this paper describes the system composition,network topology,communication mode,bottom data acquisition,monitoring and control,function and configuration of LCU of local control unit in dispatching and monitoring system.It shows the actual effect of the case and realizes the design work of intelligent water conservancy construction of diversion project.
