Application of OS-2 in Heating Cleaning of Scheelite in Shizhuyuan

介绍了捕收剂OS-2在柿竹园白钨加温精选段作业段的应用研究。使用OS-2作为白钨精选段捕收剂,克服了731､GYR等白钨矿捕收剂作业过程中泡沫量大､生产不稳定等缺点,白钨精矿品位由65%提高到70%,作业回收率由90%提高到96%。2010年3月,OS-2在柿竹园三八零选厂生产中效果明显,目前正在柿竹园野鸡尾､柴山等选厂推广应用。

This paper introduces the application of collector OS-2 in the heating and concentration operation section of scheelite in Shizhuyuan.Using OS-2 as a selective collector for Scheelite,it can overcome the disadvantages of large amount of foam and unstable production during the operation of scheelite collector such as 731 and GYR.The grade of scheelite concentrate increased from 65%to 70%.The operation recovery rate increased from 90%to 96%.March 2010,OS-2 had an obvious effect in the production of 380 concentration plant of Shizhuyuan.At present,it is being popularized and applied in Yejiwei concentration plant,Chaishan concentration plant and others of Shizhuyuan.
