摘要
在高强度闪速炉炼铜过程中Fe_(3)O_(4)含量较高,这是渣含铜高和沉淀池结瘤的主要原因。试验研究表明,加入铜锍和铜精矿均可有效降低闪速熔炼渣Fe_(3)O_(4)含量并降低渣含铜,通过提高硫位维持渣中弱还原性气氛可使熔炼渣中Fe_(3)O_(4)含量从22.40%降至5%以下,渣铜含量由1.83%降至0.6%以下。
The high content of Fe_(3)O_(4)in high-intensity flash smelting is the main reason for the high copper content in slag and nodulation in settler.The results show that adding copper matte and copper concentrate can effectively reduce the Fe_(3)O_(4)content and copper content in flash smelting slag,and the Fe_(3)O_(4)content in smelting slag can be reduced from 22.40%to less than 5%and the copper content in smelting slag from 1.83%to less than 0.6%by increasing sulfur level and maintaining weak reductive atmosphere in slag.
