石煤钒矿浸出过程研究与动力学分析

摘要 以湖南某地的石煤钒矿石为原料,进行空白氧化焙烧得到焙烧矿粉,使用H_(2)SO_(4)浸出以确定石煤钒矿中钒的含量。探讨了硫酸浓度、固液比、浸出时间、浸出温度对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:使用4 mol/L的硫酸作为浸出剂,在温度为95℃、液固比为4∶1的条件下进行浸出8 h,通过计算可得此时钒的浸出率为88.3%。石煤钒矿的浸出过程符合动力学模型,通过Arrhenius方程近似计算,得出Ea=43.23 kJ/mol,符合界面化学反应控制。 Taking stone coal vanadium ore from a certain place in Hunan as raw material,blank oxidation roasting is performed to obtain roasted ore powder,and H_(2)SO_(4) leaching is used to determine the vanadium content in the stone coal vanadium ore.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,leaching time and leaching temperature on vanadium leaching rate are discussed.The results showed that 4 mol/L of sulfuric acid was used as the immersion agent for 8 hours at 95℃and a liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,and the immersion rate of vanadium was 88.3%.The leaching process of stone coal vanadium ore conforms to the kinetic model.Approximately calculated by the Arrhenius equation,Ea=43.23 kJ/mol is obtained,and this process conforms to the interface chemical reaction control.
