企业技术搜寻对自主创新能力的异质性影响研究

Research on the Heterogeneous Influence of Enterprise Technology Search on Independent Innovation Capability

适配的技术搜寻策略是企业自主创新能力从技术追赶向技术领先跃迁的重要途径之一。基于“内容-时间”两维空间解构和细分企业技术搜寻,构建四种技术搜寻对企业不同层级自主创新能力影响的理论模型,并以201家中国制造企业为研究对象进行实证检验。研究表明:不同技术搜寻对不同层级自主创新能力的影响存在差异,超前技术、新兴科学/经验技术搜寻均能增强企业中级自主创新能力,超前和新兴科学技术搜寻可以提升高级自主创新能力,基础自主创新能力的提高主要有赖于新兴科学/经验技术搜寻,而成熟技术搜寻对企业自主创新能力的促进作用不显著。研究结论可以为我国制造企业技术搜寻策略的有效布局和自主创新能力的跃升提供参考。

The adaptive technology search strategy is a useful springboard for the independent innovation capability of an enterprise to transition from technological chasing to technological leadership.Based on the“content-time”two-dimensional space,the enterprise technology search behavior was deconstructed and subdivided;four theoretical models of the impact of technology search behavior on the independent innovation capability of enterprises at different levels were constructed;and 201 manufacturing enterprises in China were used as the research objects for empirical test.Research shows that:different technology search behaviors have different effects on different levels of independent innovation capabilities.Searching for advanced technologies and emerging science-based/experience-based technologies can enhance the mid-level independent innovation capabilities of enterprises.Searching for advanced and emerging science-based technology can enhance advanced independent innovation capabilities.The improvement of innovation capability mainly depends on the search for emerging science-based/experience-based technology,and the search for mature technology does not significantly promote the independent innovation capability of enterprises.The research conclusions can provide references for the effective layout of technology search strategies and the leap of independent innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises in China.
