Liquid Journalism:Analyzing the Theories of Bauman

英国著名社会学教授齐格蒙特·鲍曼,对于现代性与后现代性的论述在社会学研究、政治学研究等多个学科产生了巨大影响。使用“流动的现代性”这一概念来凸显现代社会与传统社会的不同,并突出其不稳定、不确定的特征,以及其呈现的网状结构。通过对鲍曼的现代性与后现代性主要思想进行梳理,对现代性与后现代性关系、流动的现代性以及现代性的局限性等问题进行讨论,旨在提炼其思想精髓,结合新闻传播学界、业界在网络时代的发展,从新闻生产流程、参与新闻的主体以及传播效果等层面来探究网络时代新闻理论与实践的发展规律,尝试从“流动的现代性”类比到“流动的新闻业”,尝试用鲍曼现代性理论新视角来理解新闻业的发展,从而应对新闻理论与实践发展面临的挑战。通过分析理论迁移的不足,提出简单建议。

Zygmunt Bauman,a famous professor of Sociology in Britain,has exerted a great influence on the discussion of modernity and post-modernity in many disciplines such as sociology research and political science research.The concept of"liquid modernity"is used to highlight the difference between modern and traditional societies,and to highlight its unstable,uncertain character,and the network structure it presents.By sorting out Bauman’s main thoughts on modernity and post-modernity,this paper discusses the relationship between modernity and post-modernity,the liquid modernity and the limitations of modernity,so as to extract the essence of his thoughts and combine the development of journalism and communication academia and the industry in the network era.From the main body of news production process,to participate in the news and communication effect and other aspects to explore news law of development of the theory and practice of network age,tries to compare"liquid modernity"to"liquid journalism",and tries to understand the development of journalism from the new perspective of Bauman’s modernity theory,so as to cope with the challenges faced by the development of journalism theory and practice.Through analyzing the shortcomings of theoretical transfer,some simple suggestions are put forward.
