摘要
传统心理育人工作着眼于普及心理健康知识,预防学生问题,忽略了对全体学生的积极教育引导,存在工作机制有待完善、工作内容有待丰富、工作载体有待拓展等问题。在心理育人工作中引入积极心理学的方法与理念,是提升高校心理育人实效性的重要突破。高校应树立积极心理育人理念、丰富积极心理育人内容、创新积极心理育人载体、推进积极心理协同育人,促进学生全面发展成长。
The traditional psychological education focuses on popularizing knowledge of mental health and preventing students’mental problems,while ignoring the positive education guidance to all students.There still exist some problems in psychological education such as inadequate working mechanism,lack of rich work content and narrow education carrier.Therefore,the introduction of positive psychology in psychological education is an important breakthrough to improve the effectiveness of psychological education.Higher education should set up the concept of positive psychological education,enrich the content,innovate the carrier,propel cooperative education,and promote college students’all-round development and growth.
