摘要
关于社会资本与个人职业地位的关系研究大多数学者把焦点放在了客观性的社会资本上,较少从结构性维度的其他方面展开。实证分析表明,社会参与和邻里交往对个人职业地位获得无显著影响,而信任对职业地位获得有明显的影响。研究表明,在我国个人职业地位的获得主要是受个人的社会特征和亲属关系影响,同时也反映出我国当前公民的公共事务参与程度和基于邻里关系的社会支持都比较弱。今后应加强这方面的建设,避免因社会资本的过度集中加剧个人职业地位获得的不平等。
On the relationship between social capital and personal professional status,most scholars focus on the objective social capital,rather than other aspects of the structural dimension.The empirical analysis shows that social participation and neighborhood interaction have no significant impact on individual’s gain of occupational status,while trust has a significant impact on occupational status gain.The research shows that the gain of personal professional status is mainly influenced by personal social characteristics and kinship relation,and that there is relatively weak relation between the degree of public affairs participation and social support based on neighborhood relationship.In the future,there is a need to strengthen the construction to avoid the excessive concentration of social capital and to to aggravate the inequality of occupation status acquisition.
