摘要
探讨影响毕业生顺利向就业过渡的各种影响因素,设计大四学生的调查问卷,要求学生对就业准备情况进行自我评估。调查发现,在学习课程方面,学生普遍认为课外培训和开展集体工作的质量对他们的就业准备有积极影响,而必修课程的学习则与他们对就业准备工作的认识程度有很大关系。结果显示,实践知识、理论内容以及方法和就业能力对学生对就业准备工作的看法有积极的影响。因此,注重学习经验、方法和实际能力的培养,开展更多与职业有关的就业能力培训,可以更好地帮助学生进行就业准备工作。
This paper discusses the factors influencing graduates’smooth transition to employment,makes a questionnaire survey among senior students,who are asked to make self-assessment on their employment preparation.The survey results show the following:in terms of course study,students generally believe that the quality of taking extracurricular training and collective work has a positive impact on their employment preparation;the study of compulsory courses bears great relation to their awareness of employment preparation;students’perceptions of employment preparation gets positively affected by their practical knowledge,theoretical content as well as methods and employability.Therefore,more employability training should be taken to help students get well prepared for employment.
