摘要
《工程经济学》在新工科背景下的教改,校企合作、产教结合,“学以致用,以用促学,学用相长”。通过采用线上线下混合教学模式,任务目标驱动的教学方法,“工程师+讲师”的教师团队,解决课堂教学容量有限、学生学习自觉性不足、教学效果考核方式单一、学生知识内化力度不够等痛点问题。重视个性化、高阶性人才培养要求;坚持学生本位的育人理念。
The educational reform of Engineering Economics under the background of new engineering should be guided by the principle of university-enterprise cooperation,combination of industry and education,and“learning for application,promoting learning with application,learning and application grow together”.For addressing the pain issues in the teaching practice,such as limited classroom teaching capacity,students’lack of learning consciousness,the single method of assessing teaching effect,insufficient internalization of students’knowledge,the following measures are suggested:attaching importance to personalized,high-level personnel training requirements,and adhering to the concept of student-oriented education.
