摘要
针对市场上重型推杆切坯机换钢丝速率低、切割效率低等缺点,设计出一种切坯机自动换钢丝装置。介绍了淤泥制砖切坯机自动换钢丝装置的工作原理,利用CAD和Pro/E对其进行总体结构设计,计算校核各零部件规格、材料、尺寸和安装位置,包括细长轴、绕丝轮、气液增压缸及电机等零部件的选取,设计了最佳控制方案,基于PLC编制出梯形图程序,采购所需器件并对实体样机进行组装。该样机已进入样机制造及安装调试阶段,并将在某砖瓦厂试生产验证。
Currently,on the market,the rate of wire exchange of heavy-duty push-rod cutter is low,and the cutting efficiency is low.To deal with the problems,an automatic device of replacing steel wires is designed.The working principle of automatic steel wire changing device for mud brick cutting machine is introduced.CAD and Pro/E is used to do overall structure design.Specification,material,size and installation location of all parts are calculated,including the selection of the parts,such as the slender axles,wire winding wheel,gas-liquid pressure cylinder and electrical machinery.The optimal control scheme is designed.Based on PLC,ladder diagram program is established,required devices are purchased,and the prototype is assembled.The prototype is manufactured,installed and adjusted,pilot production in a brick and tile plant is verified.
