摘要
为解决薄煤层综合机械化开采难题,科学合理应用综合机械化采煤工艺,分析了薄煤层综合机械化采煤技术的工艺要素,包括薄煤层综合机械化采煤技术的工艺特性、技术机理、设备技术要求、回采工艺要求等,为机械开采设备提供了更多的理论支撑。应不断提高综合采煤机械化和自动化程度,加大综合化机械开采和使用范围,使综合薄煤层开采技术更为成熟,为煤炭事业的长远发展贡献力量。
In order to solve the problem of comprehensive mechanized mining of thin coal seam,and scientifically and rationally apply comprehensive mechanized mining technology,the study analyzes the technology elements of comprehensive mechanized mining technology of thin coal seam,i.e.processing property,technology mechanism,equipment technology requirements and recovery technology requirements of comprehensive mechanized mining technology of thin coal seam,to provide more theoretical support for mechanized mining equipment.It is suggested to continuously improve the comprehensive mining mechanization and automation,and widen comprehensive mechanized mining and utilization scope,make comprehensive mining technology mature,to make the long-term development contribution to coal career.
