青少年抑郁症与家庭功能的关系调查

Investigation of the Relationship Between Adolescent Depression and Family Function

调查青少年抑郁症患者实施家庭干预的护理疗效,分析青少年抑郁症与家庭功能的关系。选择150例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,根据随机分组方式分成参照组与实验组,每组各75例。参照组采取常规干预方式,实验组采取家庭干预方式,分别采取家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)评定两组患者干预前后的家庭功能;采取HAMD-17量表评定两组患者干预前后的心理状态和总有效率。结果表明,实验组干预总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组的FACESⅡ-CV评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。在对青少年抑郁症患者的治疗干预中,发挥患者的家庭功能,能够获得更显著的治疗干预效果。

The study investigates the nursing curative effect of family intervention on adolescent depression,and analyzes the relationship between asolescent depression and family function.150 adolescent depressive patients are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and experiment group,with 75 patients in each group.Control group receives routine intervention,and experiment group receives family intervention.Family intimacy and FACESⅡ-CV score are adopted to evaluate family function of two groups before and after intervention.HAMD-17 score is adopted to evaluate psychological status and total effective rates before and after intervention.The results show that the total effective rate of experiment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).FACESⅡ-CV score of experiment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).In treatment intervention of adolescent depressive patients,family function of patients can be played to get significant treatment intervene effect.
