复方黄芪汤联合骨化三醇治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及对患者血糖、肾功的影响

Effect of Compound Astragalus Decoction Combined with Calcitriol on Diabetic Nephropathy and its Influence on Blood Glucose and Renal Function

探计治疗糖尿病肾病时运用复方黄芪汤辨证加减并结合骨化三醇治疗的临床价值。选取我院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成干预组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组应用骨化三醇治疗,干预组联合使用骨化三醇与中药复方黄芪汤加减治疗,对比两种临床治疗效果。干预组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组;干预组的FBG、2hPG及HbA1c水平显著好于对照组;干预组患者的肾功能指标BUN、Scr显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。运用复方黄芪汤辨证加减并结合骨化三醇治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果显著,可有效将患者的血糖水平控制在正常范围内,并提高患者的肾功能水平。

The study explores the clinical value of compound astragalus decoction combined with calcitriol on diabetic nephropathy,and selects 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the hospital.They are randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Control group receive calcitriol treatment,and intervention group receive calcitiol and compound astragalus decoction.Clinical effect of two groups is compared.The total treatment effect of intervention group is significantly higher than control group.FBG,2hPG and HbA1c of intervention group are significantly better than control group.BUN and Scr of renal function of intervention group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Compound astragalus decoction combined with calcitriol on diabetic nephropathy has significant effect.It can effectively control patient’s blood glucose level in normal scope,and improve patient’s renal function level.
