摘要
综述了非编码RNA(ncRNA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的发展、检查和预后中的作用及机理。非编码RNA(non-codingRNA,ncRNA)可以干扰非小细胞肺癌的生长、转移及侵袭等,有时也可以充当非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)检测和预后的标志物。讨论了非编码RNA(ncRNA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的检查、治疗和预后中的运用,对非编码RNA在非小细胞肺癌中的作用提出了新的想法。
The study summarizes the development,examination and mechanism of Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)in Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).ncRNA can intervene the growth,transfer and invasion of NSCLC,and be regarded as the maker of NSCLC examination and prognosis.Then the study discusses the application of examination,treatment and prognosis of ncRNA in NSCLC,and proposes new ideas of the function of ncRNA in NSCLC.
