现浇钢筋混凝土坡屋面施工难点及质量控制措施

Construction Difficulties and Quality Control Measures of Cast-in-place Reinforced Concrete Slope Roof

为了加强对坡屋面施工的重视,更好地应用现浇钢筋混凝土坡屋面施工技术,分析了现浇钢筋混凝土坡屋面中模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程的施工难点,提出了保证建筑施工质量的措施:施工的前期准备,加强浇筑质量控制,控制模板工程质量,控制钢筋工程施工质量,控制混凝土工程质量,采用一定的方式对其进行质量控制,以确保坡屋面的施工质量满足施工要求。

In order to pay attention to the slope roof construction,and better apply the cast-in-place reinforced concrete slope roof,the study analyzes the construction difficulties of formwork,rebar and concrete engineering in cast-in-place reinforced concrete slope roof,and proposes the countermeasures to guarantee construction quality,i.e.to do previous preparation of the construction,strengthen cast-in-place quality control,control formwork engineering quality,control rebar engineering construction quality,control concrete engineering quality,and adopt certain methods to control quality,in order to guarantee the construction quality of pitched roof to meet the construction requirements.
